Frank Ostaseski has encouraged me throughout his years of mentoring, to get to know this end stage of life simply by spending time with individuals who are living it. Visit a neighbor or friend. I encourage you to learn to get comfortable with being uncomfortable. There is nothing to fix. Show up. You will make a difference.
